BG Soliz is presiding at the commissioning of SPC Luna to 1LT who completed the first and only PA Program in Puerto Rico.

SPC DeLuna’s commissioning promotion ceremony will be conducted at 2pm CST directly before the Veterans Caucus Memorial Ceremony in the Marriott Marquis Houston, fourth floor, Texas ballroom E-H.
