Our Partner NHMA is working with ASTHO to reduce racial and ethnic disparities with respect to vaccination rates, knowledge, and trust to improve health equity and reduce vaccine-preventable diseases among adults. ASTHO is currently looking for healthcare professionals in the following counties and states to put together community action teams:

Pickens county, AL
White county, AR
Kern county, CA
Troup and Stewart counties, GA
Russell county, AL

The community actions teams aim to increase vaccine equity and uptake in their respective communities.
