How to Build a Poster Presentation

The PALH team is excited to host Bradley Goettl, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, AGACNP-BC, ENP-C as he shares with us his knowledge about how to build a poster.

This training aims to provide the Physician Assistant with the necessary knowledge and skills to build a poster and promote their research capabilities.

1. The PA will learn to demonstrate an understanding of the basic principles of creating a research poster, including effective use of design elements, appropriate content selection, and clear and concise organization of information.
2. The PA will learn to apply their knowledge to select and present research findings in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand way, with the aim of effectively communicating the main message of the research to a target audience.
3. The PA will learn to implement practical tips and techniques for designing a research poster, including creating an effective layout, selecting and editing graphics, and using typography and color to enhance readability and visual impact.

“This program is not yet approved for CME credit. Conference organizers plan to apply for 1 AAPA Category 1 CME credits from the AAPA Review Panel. The total number of approved credits is yet to be determined.”
