Objectives for CME
We will be discussing 3 topics or lessons to create a beginning point for meeting the
expectations of our patients –

 Lesson 1: CQI and Patient Satisfaction – What is it and why is it relevant
to my practice -
 Lesson 2: How to identify, evaluate and create a plan to address the
problem in patient satisfaction – Specifically we examine some strategies
for identifying, evaluating, and creating a plan to improve the problem
 Lesson 3: Implementing improvements to get patient satisfaction -
Methods of implementation and how to establish an ongoing monitoring
process to assure a positive outcome.

This activity has been reviewed by the AAPA Review Panel and is compliant with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 1 AAPA Category 1 CME credits.
