Job Details: Questcare, a division of Envision Physician Services, is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic group of providers at Medical City Dallas in the Pediatric Emergency DepartmentPosition Overview: As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in our Emergency Department. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of pediatric medical conditions and emergencies.Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive patient assessments Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests Formulating and implementing treatment plans Providing patient and family education Collaborating with other healthcare providers to coordinate multidisciplinary care Participating in quality improvement initiativesQualifications: Current licensure / Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (preferred) Acute care training or fellowship (required) Previous experience in pediatric emergency medicine or a related field (if possible) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered careMedical City Children’s Hospital in Dallas, Texas offers advanced, child-friendly, and full-service care in our Pediatric Emergency Department (PED).
