ARNP/PA-C House Call Medicine - Spokane WA

We are offering a $5000 relocation bonus for any candidates looking to relocate to the Spokane WA area. 

In this position, you will: 

  • Serve in a "Hybrid PCP" role that consists of 2-3 field days seeing patients and 2-3 administrative days that may be completed remotely. 
  • Provide geriatric and adult primary care in the greater Spokane WA area to patients on a rotating schedule. You'll drive to senior communities where our patients reside to conduct the visits.
  • Have remote work flexibility and ability to customize your schedule
  • Have autonomy in clinical decision-making with the back-up support of seasoned practitioners with over 20 collective years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a primary care caseload of geriatric/internal medicine patients
  • Managing comorbid conditions such as diabetes, congestive heart failure and behavioral disorders
  • Issuing appropriate orders, prescription refills and completing other administrative tasks post-visit
  • Utilizing a comprehensive EHR to manage patient care.
  • Collaborating with a remote medical assistant to manage caseload and address emergent issues and questions
  • Communicating effectively and promptly with team members, patients, caregivers and families via phone, email and fax
  • Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all clinical information and updating patient records in a timely manner
  • Traveling to Crown Health offices as required to complete overdue administrative tasks and attend staff meetings and events

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's/Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Active license to practice in WA state

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current NPI/DEA number
  • Reliable transportation
  • At least one year of clinical experience as an ARNP or 3-5 years experience as RN or LPN
  • Prior experience with the geriatric population
  • Credentialing with Medicare and other major insurers
